The Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is a sport that you can practise as your unique activity but it is also a perfect complement to other sports such as Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Sailing or Surfing. Moreover, it’s an activity for all nature and sport lovers.

The best of SUP is that everybody can paddle, from the youngest to the eldest of the family; IT’S A SPORT FOR SHARING.

It’s a perfect activity to improve and power your coordination, balance, proprioception and personal growth.

In our spot you can enjoy a a nice ride along the River Muga and you an also paddle the waters of Rosas Bay. We offer you flat and wavy waters.

If you are a beginner we’ll teach you the right paddling technique, if you are an experienced paddle surfer you’ll improve your style.
