¿Have you ever practiced yoga on a paddle board? This special activity is for everybody: if you usually practice yoga you'll get an extra dose of emotion to your practice, if you have never been in a yoga class you'll start with a magic session.
What if i've never done SUP before? No probelm, the board will be attached to the teacher's platform, making them really stable. Before we start the practice you will receive a brief introduction to SUP.
Every session is adapted to the participants, proposing variations of each asana (posture) for different levels.
